Everything in this photo was grown/produced on the coffee plantation except for the tomato salsa (pico de gallo). He grows the corn to make the tortillas, he grows the beans to make the refined bean paste, and the cows that we milked--he uses that milk to make the cheese like substance. It was pretty good!
